Brame is a fast-growing MarTech start-up based in Zürich. We focus completely on gamification marketing and help companies from a wide range of industries to include interactive and future-oriented experiences on a customer journey. The in-house developed Software as a Service solution gives brands the possibility to create their own mini-games in a modular system to generate leads and strengthen the interaction with the target group.

Due to our company’s expansion and continued efforts to improve our structure, Brame is looking for an experienced COO / CFO. This position is responsible for financial tasks and at the same time proves himself/herself as the person responsible for strategy with the management, as well as take on the responsibility for controlling or organizing the business processes.

Main responsibilities:

Raising capital together with the CEO
Responsibility for accounting and the preparation of the annual financial statements
Preparation of financial statements, balance sheet analyses and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and cost-benefit analyses
Responsibility for taxes, controlling and accounting including planning, budgeting and reporting
Financial reporting, financial and liquidity planning
Management of financial communication (internal and external)
Implementation of an ERP (SaaS requirements)
Further development of the strategy with the management
Organization and process optimization
Resource planning and personnel management
Risk management
Contract negotiations
Legal clarifications
Reporting and documentation
Implementation of the business plan
Implementation of visions of the CEO

Your skills and experience:

University degree in business administration
Several years of senior professional experience in finance and business management
Industry knowledge (software development, SaaS/B2B)
In-depth knowledge of business functions (human resources, finance, sales, IT, marketing)
Practical experience with various ERP and CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Management and project management experience in the implementation of measures to optimize business processes
Very good understanding of the legal system
Logical and pragmatic mindset to optimize day-to-day business operations
Structured and analytical approach with implementation and results focus
Leadership personality, decision-making quality and interpersonal skills
Fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Strong self-motivation, commitment, independence and acceptance of responsibility
