Brame is a fast-growing MarTech startup based in Zurich. We focus completely on gamification marketing and help companies from a wide range of industries to include interactive and future-oriented experiences on a customer journey. The in-house developed Software as a Service solution gives brands the possibility to create their own mini-games in a modular system to generate leads and strengthen the interaction with the target group.

Due to the strong demand and the claim to be the leading provider in the gamification environment, we are looking for a Customer Success & Support Manager for our new branch in the heart of Hamburg to join our young and ambitious team with immediate effect or by appointment.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will gradually take on responsibility for supporting our customers in all matters relating to our SaaS platform and will be the first point of contact for questions about the application, for training and ongoing optimisation.
  • You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of onboardings, workshops and debriefings for customers from a wide range of industries.
  • You will work closely with customers to ensure that they use Brame software effectively and see added value in our services.
  • You support the sales team with technical questions about the gamification software.
  • You are in constant exchange with our IT team and ensure that our technical solutions are optimally tailored to the needs of our clientele.
  • You support us in our various projects for our clientele from a wide range of industries and constantly prioritise, coordinate and communicate on your own initiative.
  • You provide first-class customer support, mainly through our support portal (JIRA) as well as via e-mail and telephone.

Your skills and experience:

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training
  • Fluent German and good English skills. Any other language is an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish…).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer contact/technical support
  • High online affinity and experience in managing online services/online products desirable
  • Good IT skills, as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking. Marketing knowledge advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in a professional business environment and as part of our young and easy-going team.
  • Team player who feels comfortable working together with us on the success of our clients.
  • You are open to new technologies and have a strong desire to develop as part of a dynamic team.
  • Your way of working is characterised by diligence, a structured approach and a high level of comprehension.
