Demand Generation Manager – 75-100%

We’re proud to offer our own in-house developed Software as a Service solution, which allows brands to craft their own marketing mini games with ease, all through an adaptive and modular system. By doing so, our customers can generate more leads and deepen engagement with their target audience.

As Demand Generation Manager at Brame, you will be instrumental in driving full-funnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts in the world of gamification marketing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that sales representatives have a sufficient number of meetings scheduled in their calendars
  • Manage the existing partner ecosystem & empower partners
  • Increase the lead funnel & manage all incoming inbound leads
  • Coordinate the distribution of scheduled appointments
  • Improve quality by implementing a feedback loop
  • Identify successful strategies, either through reading industry publications or conducting your own research and sharing findings with others
  • Perform data analysis, identify actionable insights, and efficiently execute on opportunities

Your skills and experience:

Your background:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing (or similar), alternatively equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of full-time work experience in demand generation or a similar role in digital marketing, driving full-funnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts, into a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Experience planning, creating, and executing webinars, display ad campaigns, direct mail, and other digital marketing programs in support of driving demand.
  • Ideally, you have a background in sales
  • In-depth knowledge and a passion for Gamification, as well as experience with SaaS
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland or the European Union
