Brame is a fast-growing MarTech startup based in Zurich. We focus completely on gamification marketing and help companies from a wide range of industries to include interactive and future-oriented experiences on a customer journey. The in-house developed Software as a Service solution gives brands the possibility to create their own mini-games in a modular system to generate leads and strengthen the interaction with the target group.

Brame R&D is rapidly expanding and now we are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer who will help take us to the next level in SRE.

Main responsibilities:

Ensuring that our software is available, performant and secure 24/7
Performing root cause analysis for any outages
Work closely with software development colleagues
Maintaining and improving the existing development and deployment infrastructure
Working on ways to automate and improve existing SRE-related processes
Mentor junior DevOps colleagues and lead by example

Your skills and experience:

Your background:
- Engineering Degree or corresponding work experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Deep knowledge of any major cloud provider, in particular AWS
- Proficiency in English
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
Preferably, you also have:
- Deep AWS know-how
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines & technologies, like: GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline.
- Experience with Serverless, e.g. with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora or similar.
- Experience with containerization technologies, like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Fargate.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible.
