We’re proud to offer our own in-house developed Software as a Service solution, which allows brands to craft their own marketing mini games with ease, all through an adaptive and modular system. By doing so, our customers can generate more leads and deepen engagement with their target audience.

As an IT Manager at Brame, you will be responsible to ensure that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done, provide support and manage security topics.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals
Manage Office 365 administration as well as Managed Applications
Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support for our internal users
Create new accounts and set up new hardware devices
Locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems
Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages

Your skills and experience:

Your background:

Previous work experience as IT Manager or similar
Full proficiency in Serbian and English
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
Certified in Office 365
Experience and knowledge in Back up and Security
Experience using Windows, Linux and Mac
