As a Sales Manager at Brame, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our impact in the world of gamification marketing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of three Account Executives and ensuring that they meet the targeted performance goals.
  • Recruiting, motivating, engaging, and coaching co-workers to improve their performance and develop their professional skills.
  • Acquiring new customers through consulting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Providing customer-specific solutions and offering gamification marketing services.
  • Creating and updating the pipeline and forecast.
  • Coordinating product training sessions at customer locations.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging markets, market shifts, new products and competition.

Your skills and experience:

Your background:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing (or similar), alternatively equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience successfully leading sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge and a passion for Gamification, as well as experience with SaaS.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland or the European Union.
