Join our dynamic team at Brame R&D as we continue to grow and thrive! We are in search of a passionate Technical Project Management Lead who will be a trusted advisor and expert in all things technology. Be a GAME CHANGER in bringing our projects to life from conception to completion.

For this role, please also include an overview of your projects with your tasks per project (we value this even more than certifications).

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the initiation of IT projects with customers and maintain a strong grasp on the processes of requirements elicitation, planning, and delivery of software.
  • Conduct requirements/business analysis using agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and RFPs.
  • Represent Brame as a tech expert in addressing both internal and external customer projects.
  • Lead and cultivate the growth of the customer project IT team.
  • Establish a solid foundation for decision-making for stakeholders involved in the project.

Your skills and experience:

Your background

  • Hold an Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
  • Have a background in business analysis and specification of customer requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of application backends (including databases), SaaS technologies, cloud integration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
  • Skilled and confident in utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Possess a strong track record of successful projects.
  • Possess excellent written English language skills.
  • Eligible to work in Serbia or Germany.
