Shape the future of marketing as a Customer Marketing Specialist at Brame, crafting persuasive use cases, dynamic success stories, and comprehensive content that showcase the prowess of our gamification software. Your role in conceptualizing engaging events and delivering industry-leading insights will be pivotal in driving client engagement and revolutionizing marketing practices.  

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to extract in-depth insights and create impactful use cases and more elaborate case studies. 
  • Diligently manage and refresh our digital library of success stories, continuously refreshing, and adding new ones. 
  • Produce a diverse range of materials, delving into detailed ROI analyses, while also offering comprehensive blogs, eBooks, and whitepapers that become industry references on gamification best practices and strategies. 
  • Conceptualize, script, and actively promote events as webinars and “behind the scenes” that delve deep into the applications, advantages, and impact of real client campaigns. 
  • Regularly furnish the email marketing team with engaging, insightful, and up-to-date content that educates customers on evolving gamification trends, the latest features, and potential applications. 
  • Craft tailored content that not only spotlights advanced gamification strategies, but also provides practical tools and advice, assisting account and success management teams in both reviving at-risk accounts and enhancing seasonal user engagement.
  • Support our success management team by creating debriefing and workshop presentations. 

Your skills and experience:


  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in Marketing, primarily in Copywriting and Content Creation. 
  • Full proficiency in English and German is a must-have, especially in written communication. 
  • Ideally experience from working in a SaaS B2B company. 
  • Experience working with WordPress is preferred.
  • Experience in Sales outreaches is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills are crucial for the role.
