With the data they received, they were able to send personalized and interest-based offers and thus massively increase interaction on the website.
Engadin Tourism has introduced dynamic pricing for daily ski passes, which is automatically adjusted according to the volume of demand. Communicating this fundamental adjustment in the tariff system was the central element of the communication measures. The targeted use of a "Guess the Picture" game from the Brame portfolio reinforced the message and presented the diversity of the ski area in a playful way.
The short-term collection of leads and the expansion of newsletter subscribers was the goal of Thurgau Tourism. An advent calendar created with Brame software was used, which was filled with attractive prizes from service providers in the region. This resulted in a conversion rate of over 70%.
