Exploring how brands reward `consumers` for their attention
Once we grasped the quantity-over-quality problem, we started reverse engineering it: what if consumers loved ads? With over a decade of combined academic research on what sort of marketing consumers find relevant, meaningful and valuable, our founders finally got their answer.

Extrinsic rewards like “buy one, get two” retail offers work—but we understood that experience-hungry consumers want something more. That sense of achievement from reaching a new membership level or the thrill of swiping away on a digital scratch card to see what you’ve won.
To disrupt the one-way marketing status quo, we needed to go beyond offering great content and extrinsic rewards by tapping into consumers’ intrinsic motivations.

Once we entered the market with BRAME, we realized that innovation was in very high demand. After just three months, we closed our first enterprise deal, delivering managed services and custom solutions for one of Europe's top five food retailers. That’s when we had a eureka moment: Gamification Marketing works. Now we need to make it work for everyone and at scale.
We immediately started development on a scalable software solution for Gamification that marketers from every industry could easily pick up and use. Our vision for our customers? Faster time to value over fewer billable hours, less complexity across the board and—most important—keeping our customers in full control of their own marketing.
With our first drag and drop Builder, BRAME delivered what would become the easiest, fastest and most cost-effective way to gamify brands’ existing content, sweepstakes, promotions and loyalty programs.
With our first version, we laid the foundation for our Builder today. Our Gamification Builder works just like commonly used website builders (think Squarespace or Wix). Instead of working with website themes and templates, however, you pick a game concept, select and customize a template, and embed it into your marketing mix. Once it’s live, you start tracking its performance and accessing the data it generates in real time.
Over the next two years, we empowered leading brands to gamify their marketing with our Gamification Builder. From self-serve support to fully managed services, we helped leading brands like KFC, SPAR, BIPA, OBI and many more drive some staggering results.
After around two decades of stagnation in touchpoint experiences for paid media (think banner ads), we knew that we had to expand Gamification into this field, next. With BRAME Media Solutions, and our new Engagement and Conversion Ad offering, we scaled our commitment to help brands reconnect with consumers beyond the limitations of owned media.
Actioning the many learnings we discovered over our journeys with our customers, we started expanding our team with key hires in product, customer success and other departments across our organization.
Spending years in the trenches with our customers gave us the learnings we needed to double down on product innovation, getting us ready for our Builder’s next release. With our latest update, we expanded our features to really resonate with our customers’ different verticals and business needs.
