As a customer of Brame, you have the possibility to create your games yourself with our SaaS solution. With an annual license, you can design different campaigns based on our modular system and publish them directly. Basically a game consists of 4 pages: Start Page, Lead Page, Game Page and Thank you Page. Our customer gets certain guidelines and tips regarding design, game metrics and game flow. Any modification is possible, but depending on the scope it may require additional effort on our part.

Brame’s servers are located on Amazon AWS on the one hand and Microsoft Azure on the other. Therefore the European Data Protection Act applies. If your company culture only allows data on your own server, we can build a Rest API after consultation.

You determine who should receive an email. Each participant can receive a standard email directly as a result or each individual result receives a specified message. This will be sent immediately after the completion of the game.

Currently you can export the contact data from the Brame Dashboard to an Excel list and then import it into your CRM. However, we can also offer standardized integrations into other CRM systems as listed in the section “integrations”.

Brame’s software solution supports the latest operating systems i.e. Mac OS X, Windows 7, iOS 9 and Android Nougat 7.0 and later. It is important to have the latest browser version installed for functionality.

Brame’s software solution always supports the latest browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera Browser, Safari Browser, Microsoft Edge, Maxthon Cloud Browser, Rockmelt Social Browser, Seamonkey Browser, DeepNet Explorer, Avant Browser etc.

Brame’s solutions are fully responsive and therefore any device is supported.

Yes, integration into an app is also possible via App WebView or related platform-based technologies.

A campaign can basically last as long as the customer wishes. Depending on the number of campaigns and running times, a small amount for server hosting can be added. The game belongs to the customer and therefore he has the right to run a campaign several times.

Yes, campaigns can be created in any language upon request.

Brame provides all its customers with templates that you may adapt to your wishes and needs. Of course you can also implement or link your own documents.
