ÖBB – the state-owned Austrian Federal Railways – was faced with the problem of finding junior staff and trainees. With a personality test promoted on social media, they were able to show the target group in a playful way what advantages an apprenticeship at ÖBB offers. The multi-stage campaign was a complete success and even won a communication award.
