Deine Mission:
Drive Engagement Strategy: Own the roadmap and execution for customer and end-user-facing gamification experiences, including interactive mechanics, reward triggers, and engagement loops. Ensure solutions are compelling, performant, and deliver measurable customer value.
Lead User Experience Innovation: Design and improve engagement features that balance sophisticated game mechanics with intuitive no-code interfaces, enabling champions to create impactful campaigns.
Champion Technical Excellence: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements for complex gamification flows, evaluate performance trade-offs, and ensure scalable architecture decisions. Participate actively in technical discussions and drive game design sessions.
Drive Customer Success: Gather insights through customer interviews, engagement data, and market research to prioritize experiences that improve user participation, retention, and conversion metrics.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align gamification strategy with business objectives and market needs.
Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Define and track key metrics for campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and feature performance. Use these insights to optimize the product roadmap and demonstrate business impact through improved customer retention and conversion.
