Client Engagement and Loyalty Strategist (Enterprise Account Manager)

Zurich or Hamburg

Brame, a dynamic MarTech startup headquartered in Switzerland, is seeking a creative and hands-on Client Engagement and Loyalty Strategist to join our Account Management team in Zurich or Hamburg. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of gamification marketing and helping businesses from all industries enhance their customer journey with interactive and cutting-edge experiences.

This cutting-edge platform empowers brands to effortlessly create captivating marketing mini games through an adaptive and modular system. Our solution opens new possibilities for our customers, enabling them to generate a higher number of leads and foster deeper engagement with their target audience. With our user-friendly platform, unlocking the potential of interactive marketing has never been easier.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the app and loyalty marketing sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop strategies to maximize account growth and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and platform capabilities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our gamification SaaS platform and its features.
  • Provide clients with guidance on utilizing gamification for enhanced app engagement and loyalty marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the platform’s offerings.
  • Create detailed gamification strategies and growth plans with enterprise clients in the app and loyalty sector;
  • Maintaining the renewal rate and the NPR of our enterprise clients of our ICP;
  • Contribute with in-depth know-how from the app and loyalty marketing world, and enabling other team members and departments;

Your skills and experience:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Great knowledge in app & loyalty marketing
  • Creative mindset and high level of social skills
  • Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, and/or marketing industry;
  • SaaS Industry expertise, ideally experience in a start-up or scale-up;
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills;
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland or Germany;
  • Fluency in English and German (both languages are a must since our client base is primarily in the DACH region);
  • Team player, but can work well individually, solution-oriented & structured;

It would be considered a plus

  • Previous experience with leading a team;
  • Previous experience with gamification;
  • Previous experience working in an agency, a customer engagement platform or a loyalty program;
