This tailored approach provided daily excitement and anticipation. It reinforced the message that EWZ valued every single member of its team, celebrating them through a rich palette of engaging experiences throughout the festive season.
EWZ’s decision to use Gamification Marketing to express employee appreciation proved a resounding success. The Advent Calendar received immense enthusiasm, becoming a daily source of anticipation for many of the company’s staff.
